PARTNERS FOR SUCCESS
Natural Polymers has developed a line of spray foam insulation for Nu-Wool Company. These products are available exclusively through Nu-Wool under the trade name Nu-Seal®. Nu-Wool is a leading manufacturer of premium cellulose insulation and has been in the business since 1949. Our goal was to develop a line of spray foam insulation that could be used to compliment Nu-Wools WALLSEAL® cellulose insulation. Nu-Seal® spray foam insulation can be used in the perimeter ban joist, exterior walls, cathedral ceiling, crawl spaces and attics.
Natural Polymers is dedicated to working with Nu-Wool dealers interested in the business of spraying Nu-Seal® spray foam insulation. Natural Polymers has a multiple product philosophy where using foam and cellulose together helps to achieve a total building envelope solution. This is reflected in not only how we work and support our customer, but also in the variety of spray foam insulation we offer. We manufacturer everything from low-density open cell spray foam to high-density closed cell spray foam.

STEPS FOR A GREENER TOMORROW
Natural Polymers mission is to design exceptional polyurethane foam systems that utilize Nature’s polymers. Our Polymer Chemistry is different from other Bio and Agri based systems. We use a proprietary process designed to maximize the polymers that Nature has made. Natural Polymers Water Blown Hybrid Urethane Technology has one of the highest biological raw material bases in the industry, with the lowest amount of embodied energy in the finished product. We feel that it is our responsibility to reduce our carbon footprint through innovate technology and to push the envelope of design and chemistry.
Traditional Polymer Chemistry is based solely on propylene oxide (PO) and ethylene oxide (EO), which are petroleum-based building blocks. Other companies have tried to develop Bio and Agri based foams by replacing small percentages of the petroleum components with vegetable based polyols, which in many cases still rely heavily on petroleum-based raw materials. This results in finished products that are still less than 5% Bio Based.
The products made by Natural Polymers are different. We reduce the amount of petroleum, but still maintain the performance and physical properties of a 100% petroleum based system. Through innovative and exciting research and development, Natural Polymers has accomplished what has been an elusive goal in the polymer industry.
